We’re on the lookout for a wonderful Occupational Therapist to join our Illawarra and Campbelltown team.

About this position:

This position is to join our community-based team, where you would be providing person-centered services for individuals with physical disabilities living within the community.  As part of this role, you would be required to work closely with individuals and their support services, to foster an environment where high quality and efficient care can be delivered through having the right equipment, innovative techniques, and quality training for those providing the care services.  This role allows you to be part of how it all comes together – for an individual to receive high quality care, in their environment, by people who are safe and supported to provide this!

Qualifications & experience

- You are an Occupational Therapist and hold a current AHPRA registration to practice.

- You have experience working within the NDIS, with a dynamic caseload of participants, and you are familiar with the NDIS guidelines, assessment, and documentation requirements.

- You have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to help people feel at ease and able to connect with you in a meaningful way.

- You are well organised in how you manage your time, energy, and resources.

At Movementum, we deliver person-centred services that seek to create an environment where individuals with physical support needs receive the highest quality care, delivered by support workers who can deliver this safely and effectively. We do this by fostering powerful relationships where the individual, family, therapists, and care providers are comfortable to discuss current difficulties or blockers to the flow of a day or support service and then work together to experiment and solve them.
